They
are a series of performances to be carried out in different locations
of the Buenos Aires city. These performances compose the first
document of a Parallel and Emancipated Culture Secretary.
A performer introduces herself as a PARALLEL AND EMANCIPATED CULTURE
SECRETARY. She presents the project, the activity to perform,
and actively encourages the audience to participate in the creation
of a PARALLEL AND EMANCIPATED CULTURE SECRETARY, which existence
will be the time of the performance.
SC//E proposes itself as an space reconceived
with the different contexts and times.

Introduction:
The
activities are annexations/interventions on the printed web site
pages from the culture secretary of the city government. These
make up the net of institutions, areas, contents, programmers,
scholarship, grants. These are cores that represent and manage
explicit and implicit contracts what we call art and culture.
CULTURE
SECRETARY invites to the audience to MARK, ADDED, CROSS OUT, DRAW,
ENHANCE, PROPOSE, CLEAR, ERASE on these pages. These one compose
the first worldwide document of a PARALLEL AND EMANCIPATED CULTURE
