Description:
It is made up of two areas, a dark room with projected video
and other space: a hidden room. The audience has access to
the video screening room and discovers the hidden room through
a hole (the wall opposite to the video). This hole allows
perceiving the daily dynamics of a live ceramist studio.
The video is a loop between of the slow vanishing and apparition
of an image is a set of Vienna Imperial Dinner Service of
a page of auctions catalogue from Christie´s house.
The space of the things is a hidden space. It is a real space-time
in parallel at the time of the show and outside of the museum
regime: a comprehensive study of ceramic in situ. The ceramist
produces, teaches, sells his pieces and receives visitors,
clients and students. They are actors of a mise-en-scène
without a previous script.
