Series de Translocalidad: eventos y pamfletos en la esfera pública.
Exercises...propone para ello un panfleto-debate investigativo sobre la base de la experiencia acumulada (naciones y estados conceptuales diversos y otros proyectos) y los debates varios de Caucus-Be(com)ing Dutch respecto a asuntos de nacionalidad/trasnlocalidad.
Se trata de un panfleto conceptualizado como una estructura conversacional.
The flyier like discussion and the discussion like line of fligh (un panfleto como discusión y una discusión como línea de vuelo).
Esta organizado en 2 caras que operan sobre la condición regla-intervención: de un lado se comunica temas, opciones e instrucciones para intervenir en el evento-discusión-pamfleto. La otra cara incorpora 6 espacios vacíos con renglones en los que a través de preguntas se invita al interlocutor a involucrarse de varios posibles modos con ellas (se puede dividir y desarmar en 6 partes).
El panfleto es un dispositivo que trasmite instrucciones y conceptos, pero a su vez invita a activar sobre si mismo.
Ofrece zonas de escritura, zonas de discurso y zonas de debate.
En el marco de Be(com)ing Dutch, Eindhoven se plantearon tres discusiones en 3 idiomas: holandés, español e inglés. Hay registros de audio.

The notion of “nationality” presupposes hierarchies: people that were born in a determined locality have better rights than immigrants. But, what would happen with these hierarchies if a “native” decided to experiment with selective-denationality?

3-you can answer one, two, or all questions and bring the pamphlet to the discussion on thursday 10th of july
4-you can integrate your pamphlet/answers in the project´s archive

1-art & knowledge - what kind of small strategies can we create to develop symmetric conditions of interchange and discussion about trans-local issues?
2-horizon of freedom - what sorts of devices, actions, or games –reflecting on our present perspectives of freedom– can we develop?
3-capital´ s flows - what could we do for our protection as a citizen while these are national protections and while the flow of capital and power of corporations are transnational?
4-hypothesis - what exercises or experiments are possible beyond the contingency of nationality? (for example: a new form of citizen status?)
5-exercises – can other cultural values be a base for interaction, or an exchange, between trans-local people further than religion or nationalism? Requested currency amount
6-changes - are we prepared to deal with these changes as a global problem, that is, a problem concerning everyone, independent of their place of birth? |
